Preliminaries
The meeting started with a word of prayer from Mr. Cheruiyot Stanley and thereafter the chairman called the meeting to order. The chairman pointed out that the government outlines and requirements should be followed. i.e applicants should be: registered, KRA complaiants, has an operational Current Account unless or otherwise tender is given to parents to supply items as school fees payment in kind.

Members in opening remarks resolved that successful applicants should be served with award letters. If they had qualified in the previous year, they should be informed of their weaknesses or given Job well done remarks.

The committee after along deliberation decided that the credit period committed by potential supplier will be a major factor to be considered. Every potential supplier should identify self or business name because a few failed to identify themselves such applicant to KSS/04/2018. The committee also qualified applicants on considered conditions and items to supply.

After a lengthy discussion, the chairman agreed to stick to give orders to qualifiers and pay promptly especially minor credits while major credits to be honoured on time approximately three months.
All qualifiers to be listed and their contacts displayed on the principal’s notice board.
Members agreed on periodic meeting once a term to review service delivery and challenges
